An exciting opportunity awaits a highly driven and hands-on Acquisition Manager in Cape Town to lead digital growth efforts across paid and organic channels for a fast-growing brand in the digital space. This role calls for a passionate performance marketer with a flair for strategy, a sharp eye for data, and the ability to execute impactful campaigns at scale.
Your key job responsibilities as the Acquisition Manager in Cape Town, South Africa will include:
- Take full ownership of digital acquisition strategy, from planning to performance tracking.
- Leading both paid and organic acquisition efforts across platforms including: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Programmatic (preferably via Google Campaign Manager 360), Opera Ads, Phoenix, Bing, and other high-potential growth channels.
- Driving SEO performance – both on-page and technical – to boost organic visibility and rankings.
- Managing acquisition budgets to efficiently deliver on core KPIs such as registrations and FTDs (first-time deposits).
- Building and maintaining reports and dashboards (Excel or BI tools) to monitor campaign performance and uncover insights.
- Collaborating with creative, product, and CRM teams to align messaging and drive conversion across the user journey.
Requirements for this Acquisition Manager job in Cape Town, South Africa:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or digital acquisition.
- Proven success managing and scaling multi-channel paid campaigns.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and technical requirements.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and delivering actionable insights.
- Experience managing budgets with a clear focus on ROI.
- iGaming industry exposure and/or experience with African markets would be a strong advantage.
