• Collaborating across teams – marketing, customer support, product – to elevate the full player experience.

Requirements for this Player Development job in Johannesburg, South Africa:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing or VIP management role, ideally within iGaming or a high-volume service environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
